Our highly trained office team and field force investigators, together with our bespoke information databases enable us to carry out enquiries of the highest calibre. Operating on a national basis we cover all types of enquiry from complex fraud enquiries to tracing individuals and covert surveillance.

Motor
We offer a range of investigation services to both the insurance and legal profession to assist in the claims validation process thereby protecting the interest of our clients business. Our services within this field include:

Household
We apply the same vigorous approach in relation to the investigating of household claims as we do with our Motor Fraud and Theft Investigations. All cases are approached with an open mind enabling previously undetected contrived and opportunistic fraudulent claims to be identified. Should any adverse indemnity issues materialise during the interview, we will secure a separate indemnity statement enabling the client to proceed with confidence. Our reports include appropriate statements, plans and photographic evidence to assist in the claims decision process.
Covert Surveillance
Our specialist operators are skilled and able to fit into all walks of life in order to provide clients with accurate information and intelligence – enabling more informed decisions to be made and allowing better planning for the future conduct of any potential threat to their business. We employ only the most experienced and technically trained surveillance operatives – drawn from the services, we are able to provide the most versatile surveillance teams available. Our teams are able to observe in practically any situation or environment.
Interpreters
Covering in excess of 100 languages, we can supply and arrange interpretation services on any existing instruction where the need arises or can offer this as a stand-alone service.
We recognise that many Law firms are under instruction from their insurer client as to the preferred firm of investigators. These firms in many instances however do not have the facility to supply qualified interpreters when the need arises. It is in recognition of this fact, we offer this service as a stand alone service working in association with any other firm that may require the need of an interpreter.
All interpreters are all fully qualified and accredited members of the NRPSI and subscribe to the code of professional conduct.
Recoveries
Trace and recovery working with our intelligence led investigations, we are able to trace individuals and implement recovery of assets on behalf of our clients.
Translation
As with our interpreter service, we offer a full translation service for some 100 languages. We are able to assist in the translation of statements and documents in readiness for court proceeding or simply to assistance in the business process.
London Market
Our specialist services extend to those of the London Market, whether that be high volume or single large loss investigations.
The unique services offered cut across all sectors from EL and PL to Property and Travel. We are able to work closely with Insurers and re insurers alike in achieving the best possible result for our clients.
Training & Consultancy
Working with our clients, we offer very specialist and bespoke training aimed at the FNOL & First response teams addressing issues from conversation management and Indemnity through to issues such as Article 75 Status.
